To participate in any benefit package, including fan engagements, concert admission must be purchased. Without concert admission, you cannot attend the fan engagements included in the benefit package.
Please note that tickets are non-refundable if these protocols are not followed.
The Top Tier Benefit Package refers to the highest benefit tier available for that tour.

QUEUE NUMBERS & NO LINE RULE
Queue numbers are assigned when you complete your purchase.
You can find them:
- Under the barcode on your ticket
- In Apple Wallet
- On the ticket PDF
The No Line Rule prevents overnight lines.
Benefit package holders enter based on queue number, not arrival time.
The No Line Rule does NOT apply to Concert Admission Tickets unless they are part of a package with fan benefits.
Check the announced ticket tiers details, as each tour varies.
Queue numbers determine entry order for benefit package holders.
Earlier purchase = lower queue number = closer position to the stage.
Please note if the specific tour has multiple concert admission, then once fan engagement conclude, Benefit Package Holders will be split up by their concert admission ticket. Then we will follow the concert entrance order, with both Benefit Packages going to by Queue Number Order.

Snapshot tickets can be picked up anytime during your designated check-in timeslot after the concert, and you must present your scannable QR code to receive them.
Retakes may be allowed only if the photo is too dark or blurry due to a technical error and must be requested before leaving the venue. Please notify tour staff on-site if you believe your photo qualifies for a retake.
If approved, staff will sign your polaroid and use it as your new snapshot ticket for the retake. The original polaroid will not be kept.
If you leave the venue before reporting the issue, staff will not be able to assist further. Refunds or partial refunds will not be issued, as this matter must be resolved on-site.
You choose your pose at the venue, not during purchase.
Each member offers specific poses they are comfortable with.
No hugging or physical contact
No photos or videos
No audio recording
No giving the artist a prop to hold or wear
Only one fan per photo
Photos are taken by staff only
After the concert, an announcement will be made for the Snapshot Session. Fans should line up in the line for the member they have a snapshot ticket with.
How it works:
- While waiting, scan the barcode on your Snapshot Ticket to view all poses.
- Choose your pose before reaching the front of the line.
- Tell the photographer your pose. They will take your ticket and inform the member of your requested pose.
- If you have multiple tickets for the same member, all photos will be taken during your turn, so make sure to have ALL of your tickets for that member out and ready.
- The photographer will hand you your polaroid after the photo is taken.
Important Rules:
No touching or hugging the artist.
Do not touch the polaroid while it is developing (for best results, avoid touching the front of the polaroid and keep it still in a dark place).
If you have tickets for other members, go to the back of their line after finishing with your current member.
When a member’s line is empty, staff will announce “Last Call” three times. After that, the member will leave. If you do not announce yourself and you miss your photo, it cannot be rescheduled, and no refunds will be issued.
