Dream Picture Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By entering the Dream Picture Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. This Giveaway is organized and operated by Studio PAV ("Organizer"). 

 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR REGULATION. 

 

  1. Eligibility to Enter

1.1 Geographical Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to individuals worldwide, including North America, Latin America (LATAM), Europe (EU), and Asia-Pacific (APAC). 

1.2 KpopTickets.com Account Required: Participants must have a valid KpopTickets.com account to enter. If you do not have an account, you can create one for free at www.KpopTickets.com. 

1.3 Concert Attendance Requirement: This Giveaway is exclusively open to individuals who have attended a Studio PAV concert. Proof of attendance may be required. 

1.4 Entry Limitations: Participants may enter once per platform (Instagram, TikTok, X [formerly Twitter], or Facebook). Multiple entries on the same platform are not permitted. 

1.5 Exclusions: Employees, affiliates, and family members of Studio PAV, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and other persons/entities involved in the Giveaway, as well as their immediate family members or those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter. 

 

  1. Giveaway Period

2.1 Start Date: The Giveaway will open at 12:00 AM EST (UTC -5) on January 10, 2025. 

2.2 End Date: The Giveaway will close at 11:59 PM EST (UTC -5) on January 20, 2025. 

 

  1. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps on at least one of the eligible platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, or Facebook) during the Giveaway Period: 

3.1 Follow the Account: Follow @studio_pav on the platform where you are entering. 

3.2 Post Content: Post a picture or video to your feed of your favorite part of any Studio PAV concert experience: 

  • Instagram and Facebook: Post the content directly to your feed. 
  • TikTok: Post the content directly to your feed. 
  • X: Quote retweet the official Studio PAV announcement post, including your picture or video and your favorite part of your experience in the tweet’s content. 

3.3 Use Hashtags and Tagging: Use the hashtag #PAVDreamPicture2025 and tag @studio_pav in your post. 

3.4 Comment to Confirm: Comment a cloud emoji (☁️) on the original announcement post (not in the caption of your entry post) to confirm your entry. 

3.5 Visibility Requirement: Your content must be visible to Studio PAV accounts. Entries from private accounts or accounts with restricted privacy settings will not be considered. 

 

  1. Entry Restrictions

4.1 One Entry per Platform: Only one entry per person is allowed per platform (Instagram, TikTok, X, or Facebook). 

4.2 No Multiple Entries on the Same Platform: Participants may not submit multiple entries on the same platform. For example, entries made from multiple Instagram accounts or multiple posts on the same Instagram account will not be accepted. 

4.3 Invalid Entries: Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or submitted after the Giveaway period has ended will be disqualified. Entries that do not meet the platform-specific requirements will also be disqualified. 

4.4 Disqualification: Studio PAV reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed fraudulent, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage. Entries that violate platform policies, involve the use of automated tools, or are otherwise suspected to be dishonest will be disqualified. 

 

  1. Bonus Entries

5.1 Bonus Entry Opportunities: Studio PAV may introduce additional bonus entry opportunities during the Giveaway period, announced via official social media channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, email, or KpopTickets.com). 

5.2 Eligibility for Bonus Entries: Participants who have already entered are eligible to participate in any bonus entry opportunities. 

5.3 Bonus Entries are Optional: Participating in these opportunities will increase your chances of winning but will not guarantee a prize. 

 

  1. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 Random Selection: Within 3 business days following the Giveaway period, the Organizer will randomly select potential winners (each, a "Potential Winner") from all valid entries that meet the eligibility requirements. A secure and unbiased selection process will be used to ensure fairness. 

6.2 Winner Selection: At least one Potential Winner will be selected per platform (Instagram, TikTok, X, or Facebook). 

6.3 Winner Notification: Potential Winners will be contacted via private message on the platform where they entered (Instagram, TikTok, X, or Facebook) to confirm their KpopTickets.com email. If the winner cannot be reached within 3 business days, an alternate Potential Winner may be selected and contacted. 

6.4 Claiming the Prize: The Potential Winner must claim their Prize via email by responding to an email that will be sent by Studio PAV to their KpopTickets.com email. Failure to respond by email within 3 days will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. Studio PAV shall have no liability for failed notification attempts due to lost, stolen, undeliverable, or intercepted messages. 

6.5 Official Winner: A Potential Winner who successfully claims their prize will be considered the "Winner." 

 

  1. Prize

7.1 Prize Details: One (1) Snapshot Package will be awarded to each Winner. Each package includes 3 Pick-A-Pose Premium or Standard Snapshot Tickets. 

7.2 Prize Distribution: 

  • 1 Global Winner on Instagram 
  • 1 Global Winner on TikTok 
  • 1 Global Winner on X 
  • 1 Global Winner on Facebook 

7.3 Prize Value: The Snapshot Package is redeemable towards applicable tours/concerts before January 21, 2026, and can be redeemed for one member only. 

7.4 Prize Non-transferability: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items of value. The prize is only valid for the winner and cannot be shared or transferred to another individual. If a winner forfeits the prize, no additional compensation will be awarded. 

7.5 Winner Responsibility: The winner is solely responsible for any costs, incidentals, taxes, and other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included with the prize. 

 

  1. Privacy

8.1 Use of Personal Information: By entering, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and any content submitted in promotional materials related to the Giveaway, without compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

8.2 Data Handling: Personal data will be handled in accordance with Studio PAV’s privacy policy. Participants' personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required for prize fulfillment. 

 

  1. Publicity

9.1 Promotional Use: By participating in the Giveaway and accepting the Prize, you hereby grant Studio PAV permission to use your name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, statement, and complete address for commercial, advertising, and publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without notice, review or approval, and without further compensation (except where prohibited by law). You release Studio PAV from all claims arising out of the use thereof. 

 

  1. General Conditions

10.1 No Affiliation with Platforms: Although the Giveaway is administered through Instagram, Facebook, X, or TikTok platforms, it is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, X, or TikTok, and each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook, X, or TikTok from any and all liability in connection with the Giveaway. 

10.2 Right to Modify or Suspend: Studio PAV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time, without prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances or technical or legal issues that may arise. 

10.3 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or the Prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the courts of New Jersey, United States. 

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Technical Errors: Studio PAV is not responsible for any technical errors, lost entries, or platform issues. 

11.2 Release of Liability: By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Studio PAV, its affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. This includes any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property related to the prize or participation in the Giveaway. 

11.3 Odds of Winning: Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries. Making a purchase will not improve your odds. 

11.4 Final Decisions: Studio PAV’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. 

11.5 Failure to Notify: Studio PAV is not responsible for failed notification attempts that are lost, stolen, undeliverable, intercepted, or not received by a Potential Winner for any reason. 

11.6 No Winner Selection: Studio PAV reserves the right to select no winner if insufficient eligible entries are received. 

11.7 Indemnity: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Studio PAV from all claims, lawsuits, or damages arising in connection with your participation in the Giveaway.
