Talent4Dream Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering the Talent4Dream competition (the "Competition"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. This Competition is organized and operated by Studio PAV ("Organizer"). 

 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR REGULATION. 

 

  1. Eligibility to Enter

1.1 Age Requirement: The Competition is open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Minors may enter but must have their entry supervised and submitted through a parent or guardian’s social media and KpopTickets.com account. 

1.2 Geographical Eligibility: The Competition is open to participants worldwide, including North America, Latin America (LATAM), Europe (EU), and Asia-Pacific (APAC). 

1.3 KpopTickets.com Account Required: Participants must have a valid KpopTickets.com account to enter. If you do not have an account, you can create one for free at www.KpopTickets.com. Winners must have a valid KpopTickets.com account to claim their prize. 

1.4 Entry Limitations: Participants are allowed one entry per region per platform (Instagram or TikTok). For example, you may enter for LATAM on both Instagram and TikTok, but you cannot enter for LATAM twice on Instagram. 

1.5 Region Flexibility: Participants may enter for any region, regardless of their geographic location. 

 

  1. Entry Period

2.1 Start Date: The Competition will open at 12:00 AM EST (UTC -5) on January 13, 2025. 

2.2 End Date: All entries must be submitted via the entry form on KpopTickets.com by 11:59 PM EST (UTC-5) on January 22, 2025. Late entries will not be considered. 

 

  1. Voting Period and Policies

3.1 Regional Fan Voting Period: Voting for regional winners will close on January 23, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST. 

3.2 Global Fan Voting Period: Voting for global winners will begin on January 24, 2025, and will close on January 29, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST (UTC-5). 

3.3 Regional Voting: Regional winners will be selected based on the number of likes and comments their submissions receive. Entries with the most engagement (likes and comments) will win the regional prize. 

3.4 Global Voting: After regional winners are selected, fan voting will determine the two global grand prize winners (one per platform). Global winners will be selected from the regional finalists based on the number of new votes (likes and comments) on the participant’s content reposted to Studio PAV's social media channels. 

3.5 Vote Counting: 

  • 1 Like = 1 Vote 
  • 1 Comment = 1 Vote 

 

  1. How to Enter

To enter the Competition, participants must complete all of the following steps on at least one of the eligible platforms (Instagram or TikTok) during the Entry Period: 

4.1 Follow the Accounts: 

  • North America: Follow @studio_pav on TikTok or Instagram. 
  • Europe: Follow @studio_pav and @studiopaveurope on TikTok or Instagram. 
  • Latin America: Follow @studio_pav and @studiopav_latam on TikTok or Instagram. 
  • Asia Pacific: Follow @studio_pav and @studiopav_apac on Instagram. 

4.2 Post Content: Post your best K-pop fan art or dance/vocal cover of any K-pop artist who has been on tour with Studio PAV. Any video submissions must be no longer than 60 seconds. 

4.3 Use Hashtags and Tagging: Use the hashtag #PAVTalent4Dream2025 and tag both @studio_pav and your appropriate regional Studio PAV account (e.g., @studiopaveurope for European entries, @studiopav_apac for APAC, etc.). 

4.4 Confirm Entry: Confirm your entry by submitting your content via the entry form on KpopTickets.com. Studio PAV must be able to download your content through the link you provide through the form. If selected as a regional winner, your content will be reposted to Studio PAV's social media channels during the Global Fan Voting Period. 

4.5 Visibility Requirement: Your post must be public and visible. Entries from private accounts will not be considered. Ensure your account settings allow your post to be viewed by the public. 

 

  1. Entry Restrictions

5.1 One Entry Per Region Per Platform: Participants may only submit one entry per region per platform (Instagram or TikTok). Multiple submissions within the same region and platform will result in disqualification. If you are submitting for multiple regions, please make sure the live link to your post for each entry confirmation form is unique to each region. 

5.2 No Multiple Entries for the Same Region on the Same Platform: Participants may not submit multiple entries for the same region on the same platform. 

5.3 Submission Requirements: Entries must meet all guidelines (e.g., 60-second video maximum, proper use of hashtags, content downloadable via the KpopTickets.com entry form). Entries that do not meet the requirements will be disqualified. 

5.4 Invalid Entries: Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or submitted after the Entry Period has ended will be disqualified. Entries that do not meet the platform-specific requirements will also be disqualified. 

5.5 Disqualification: Studio PAV reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed fraudulent, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage. Entries that violate platform policies, involve the use of automated tools, or are otherwise suspected to be dishonest will be disqualified. 

 

  1. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 Regional Winner Selection: Within 1 business day following the Regional Fan Voting Period, the Organizer will count votes and select potential regional winners (each, a "Potential Regional Winner") from all valid entries that meet the eligibility requirements. One Potential Regional Winner will be selected per region per platform. 

Potential Regional Winners (7 total): 

  • Instagram: 4 Potential Regional Winners (one from each region: North America, Europe, LATAM, APAC). 
  • TikTok: 3 Potential Regional Winners (one from each region: North America, LATAM, Europe — APAC will not have a TikTok winner). 

6.2 Global Winner Selection: Within 1 business day following the Global Fan Voting Period, the Organizer will count votes and select potential Global Winners (“Potential Global Winner”). One Potential Global Winner will be selected per platform. 

Global Winners (2 total): 

  • 1 Potential Global Winner from Instagram 
  • 1 Potential Global Winner from TikTok 

6.3 Winner Notification: Within 3 business days of selecting Potential Winners, they will be contacted by email to claim their prize. 

6.4 Claiming the Prize: The Potential Winner must claim their prize by responding to an email from Studio PAV sent to their KpopTickets.com email. Failure to respond by email within 3 days will result in disqualification, and the Prize will be forfeited. Studio PAV shall have no liability for failed notification attempts due to lost, stolen, undeliverable, or intercepted messages. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their KpopTickets.com email is valid and regularly checked. 

6.5 Official Winner: A Potential Winner who successfully claims their prize will be considered the "Winner." 

 

  1. Prizes

7.1 Global Grand Prizes: Two (2) Global Grand Prize Winners will each receive: 

  • $500 KpopTickets.com Credit (one winner per platform). The KpopTickets.com credit will be deposited into their account within 5-7 business days of the announcement. 

7.2 Regional Prizes: Seven (7) Regional Winners will each receive: 

  • Two (2) concert admission tickets for the winner and a friend to any applicable Studio PAV concert before January 30, 2026. 

7.3 Prize Non-transferability: All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items of value. Tickets are valid only for applicable tour dates and are non-transferable. 

7.4 Winner Responsibility: The winner is solely responsible for any costs, incidentals, taxes, and other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included with the prize. 

 

  1. Privacy

8.1 Use of Personal Information: By entering, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and any content submitted in promotional materials related to the Competition, without compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

8.2 Data Handling: Personal data will be handled in accordance with Studio PAV’s privacy policy. Participants' personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required for prize fulfillment. 

 

  1. Publicity

9.1 Promotional Use: By participating in the Competition and accepting the Prize, you hereby grant Studio PAV permission to use your name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, statement, and complete address for commercial, advertising, and publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without notice, review or approval, and without further compensation (except where prohibited by law). You release Studio PAV from all claims arising out of the use thereof. 

 

  1. General Conditions

10.1 No Affiliation with Platforms: Although the Competition is administered through Instagram or TikTok platforms, it is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or TikTok, and each entrant releases Instagram or TikTok from any and all liability in connection with the Competition. 

10.2 Right to Modify or Suspend: Studio PAV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time, without prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances or technical or legal issues that may arise. 

10.3 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the Competition or the Prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the courts of New Jersey, United States. 

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Technical Errors: Studio PAV is not responsible for any technical errors, lost entries, or platform issues. 

11.2 Release of Liability: By entering the Competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless Studio PAV, its affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in the Competition or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. This includes any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property related to the prize or participation in the Competition. 

11.3 Odds of Winning: Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries. Making a purchase will not improve your odds. 

11.4 Final Decisions: Studio PAV’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Competition. 

11.5 Failure to Notify: Studio PAV is not responsible for failed notification attempts that are lost, stolen, undeliverable, intercepted, or not received by a Potential Winner for any reason. 

11.6 No Winner Selection: Studio PAV reserves the right to select no winner if insufficient eligible entries are received. 

11.7 Indemnity: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Studio PAV from all claims, lawsuits, or damages arising in connection with your participation in the Competition. 

 

  1. Submission Quality

12.1 Content Quality: Videos or images submitted must be clear and of good quality. Submissions that are blurry or unclear may be disqualified from the voting phase. Ensure your content is high-resolution for better engagement.
