Ticketing
1. WHAT TICKET TIERS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a variety of ticket tiers that can vary for each tour. Tickets Tiers can differ by price, benefits included, and quantity available for fans.
All ticket information about a tour is released together. Everything that is listed under a respective tier, is included with that ticket.
There are tours and concerts where we will sell VVIP+, VVIP and VIP Tickets (Benefit Packages) SEPARATELY from General Admission Tickets. This will be clearly indicated when we release all ticket tier information.
2. WHAT IS CONSIDERED A TOP TIER TICKET?
A Top Tier Ticket is a VVP+ and/or VVIP Ticket or Benefit Package.
3. WHERE CAN I BUY A TOP TIER TICKET?
Top Tier Tickets are sold EXCLUSIVELY on our ticketing website KPOPTICKETS.COM unless stated otherwise.
4. HOW DO I GET MY TICKET?
There are NO physical tickets to be mailed out.
After you purchase your ticket you will receive an order confirmation email, as well as a separate email that contains your online ticket. You will show your ticket during Check-In (Online Ticket, Apple Wallet or PDF form) to be scanned.
5. I CAN'T FIND MY TICKET IN MY EMAIL, WHAT DO I DO?
Make sure you are checking the correct email address that was used to purchase the ticket. Try checking your spam/promotion/junk folder for an email from TICKETS@EVEYEVENTS.COM.
WHAT YOUR TICKET IS: In your online ticket email, click the GIANT ORANGE BUTTON that says VIEW MY ORDER
Then click your ticket link, which looks like: #12 - VVIP - ONLYONEOF GRAND AMERICA TOUR IN [JERSEY CITY] A new page will open up with your online ticket. The Apple Wallet and PDF forms of your ticket will be under the ticket's barcode.
If you are unable to locate the email, please contact TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM with the email address your kpoptickets.com account is registered under, and include your full name and order number in the email. You can locate the order number by signing into your kpoptickets account under MY ORDERS.
PLEASE DO NOT PANIC IF YOU CANNOT FIND OUR TICKET BEFORE THE CONCERT. A staff member on site can simply look up your ticket for you when you arrive at the venue!
6. WHAT BENEFITS DO YOU OFFER?
Benefits vary for each tour and each ticket tier. Make sure you READ the ticket tier description before purchasing! Possible benefits that could be included with your ticket are Fansign, Hi Touch, Group Photo, Concert Badge & Lanyard, Album, Poster, first to enter the venue, NO LINE Rule and more!!
ALL BENEFITS are listed under the tickets, they will not be added at another time. For example, if GROUP PHOTO IS NOT written under our VVIP Ticket, the there is NO group photo.
7. WHY WAS MY TICKET WAS TAKEN FROM MY CART WHILE TRYING TO BUY IT?
Our website, kpoptickets.com, is not like other ticketing websites like Ticketmaster and Live Nation. Having a ticket in your cart does not save your ticket. The ticket is not yours until you successfully complete the transaction and receive a confirmation email.
It is very possible that when demand for tickets are high, that you are attempting to buy tickets and they are all marked as sold out or taken from your cart in the process.
8. CAN I CANCEL / REFUND MY TICKET?
You can only request for your order to be canceled and refunded within 24 HOURS of when the order was initially placed. Within this grace period, please contact TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM with the email connected to your kpoptickets account and your order number.
If you contact us with the 24 hour grace period YOU WILL RECIEVE A REFUND. Our reply speed or time has NO EFFECT on your refund. As long as you email us within the grace period you will be perfectly fine!
THIS RULE ONLY APPLIES TO TICKETS BOUGHT DIRECTLY ON KPOPTICKETS.COM. IF YOU ARE REDIRECTED AND BUY A TICKET FROM A THIRD PARTY WE CANNOT HELP YOU WITH ANY REFUND/CANCELLATION AS WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR MONEY. THE THIRD PART SITE WHERE YOU BOUGHT YOUR TICKET DOES.
If you fail to contact us, we cannot cancel and refund your ticket as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
9. WHERE CAN I FIND MY APPLE WALLET OR PDF VERSION OF MY TICKET?
In your online ticket email, click the GIANT ORANGE BUTTON that says VIEW MY ORDER
Then click your ticket link, which looks like: #12 - VVIP - ONLYONEOF GRAND AMERICA TOUR IN [JERSEY CITY] A new page will open up with your online ticket. The Apple Wallet and PDF forms of your ticket will be under the ticket's barcode.
10. Are ticket re-sellable?
No. Studio PAV does not condone reselling. All communication with ticket holders is sent to the email address that was entered when the ticket was purchased.
In addition, tickets are NOT TRANSFERABLE between accounts. So if someone send you there ticket, there is nothing to stop them from taking your money and then using that ticket anyway. On the day of the show, if the original purchaser checks-in with the ticket before you (the person who bought the resold ticket) then you cannot pick up the same ticket, as it has already been claimed.
If we see or find out that you are trying to sell your ticket - we will make note of it internally and you will not be allowed to update the name or email address on your ticket.
11. CAN I BUY TICKETS FOR MY FRIEND OR LET THEM USE MY ACCOUNT?
We always recommend using your own account to buy tickets so that you can reap any benefits for future tours, like getting EARLY ACCESS.
However, it does not matter what account is used to buy tickets. This goes for both concert tickets and snapshot tickets.
If you chose to do this you are solely responsible for making sure your friend has everything they need in order to attend the concert. In addition, we ONLY communicate with the kpoptickets account / email address used to buy the tickets.
12. CAN I UPGRADE MY TICKET?
No, we do not have the option to upgrade or pay the difference to have a higher tier ticket for tickets bought directly on kpoptickets.com. But we do allow exchanges between HIGHER tiers only (you cannot downgrade) for the SAME CONCERT if bought directly from kpptickets.com. WE DO NOT exchange between cities/concerts.
If you would like to exchange your ticket to a higher ticket tier please follow these steps:
- Contact tickets@studiopav.com to make sure you can participate in this exchange process.
- Purchase the HIGHER TICKET TIER for the city you would like
- Email tickets@studiopav.com with the order number of your NEW ticket and your old ticket
- We will fully refund your old ticket order once we confirm you have bought the new higher ticket tier.
PLEASE NOTE this only works if you purchased both tickets from KPOPTICKETS.COM. If you purchased a GA or VIP from a third party site, you will have to contact the VENUE or website you purchased the ticket from for a refund. We would advise checking the VENUE’s site to see if they allow refunds before making the higher ticket tier purchase as there is chance all sales are on final on their website and they will not let you refund your lower tier ticket. If the higher ticket tier is already sold out then you CANNOT exchange.
13. STAGE PRICING FOR CONCERT ADMISSION TICKETS WITH EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
We are now implementing a new ticketing format that allows you to save money on your concert admission tickets! For this new method, we are only allocating one tier for the entire concert, and the price of this one tier changes over time. The ticket will be sold starting at an "Early Bird" and will move in increments until it reaches a "full price"
There are limited tickets per change in price, so the earlier you purchase your concert admission, the less you'll pay for it.
Sometimes, local ticket sellers will display all price stages - this means that you may choose the lowest if available. Remember, this stage pricing only means you are getting the same GA concert admission, at a lower price, so don't miss this opportunity!
NOTE: this has no effect on Benefit Packages. Our NO LINE RULE still stands as concert admission ticket are not related to our Benefit Packages.
EARLY ACCESS
1. WHAT IS EARLY ACCESS?
EARLY ACCESS is a privilege for existing fans who have previously bought the highest ticket tier to any previous Studio PAV tours. You cannot sign up to be an EARLY ACCESS Member. These fans are granted access to purchase our highest ticket tier first - before we open them to the general public to purchase. Once you purchase a Top Tier Ticket, you will be an EARLY ACCESS member for all tours after that.
There is no expiration date on this membership. Please keep in mind during EARLY ACCESS sale ONLY 2 per city per transaction is available. During General Sale it is 4 per city per transaction.
EARLY ACCESS is only eligible for the Kpoptickets account that has bought top tier tickets before. We recommend to ALWAYS use your own account so you can have this privilege and avoid any potential problems.
2. CAN I BUY AN EXISTING TOP TIER TICKET TO BECOME AN EARLY ACCESS MEMBER FOR THE UPCOMING EARLY ACCESS SALE?
If you are interested in buying an EARLY ACCESS Ticket for an upcoming concert, you may purchase a Top Tier Ticket for a concert we already have on sale. HOWEVER - you are ineligible for a refund on the ticket you bought IN ORDER to become an EARLY ACCESS Member.
For Example: You buy a VVIP+ Ticket for the DKB concert and become an EARLY ACCESS Member to be able to buy tickets for GOLDEN CHILD when EARLY ACCESS opens. If you successfully buy a VVIP Ticket for GOLDEN CHILD during EARLY ACCESS - you are INELLIGABLE FOR A REFUND. This would be taking advantage of the benefits we provide to our fans and is not allowed. Getting a refund would also cause you to lose your EARLY ACCESS benefits and we would also refund your existing ticket you just bought during EARLY ACCESS which means you would have to buy tickets again when they open up during General Sales for everyone.
IN ADDITION: If your first purchase on your kpoptickets.com account is a top tier ticket, and then you request a refund for that ticket - your EARLY ACCESS benefits would be revoked. This is the same for buying an Top Tier Ticket and then emailing us to confirm you are an EA Member for an upcoming sale.
3. HOW DO I ACCESS TICKETS FOR EARLY ACCESS?
In order to access tickets when they go on sale for EARLY ACCESS members, simply go to kpoptickets.com and LOG IN to your account. The tickets will be visible to everyone but ONLY EARLY ACCESS Members can buy them, so you have to make sure you are logged in.
THERE IS NO LINK OR CODE TO BUY TICKETS DURING EARLY ACCESS.
4. WILL TICKETS SELL OUT DURING EARLY ACCESS?
During EARLY ACCESS, only the highest ticket tier will go on sale. For example, VVIP tickets typically go on sale during EARLY ACCESS.
We only release a LIMITED amount of tickets during the EARLY ACCESS sale. So technically YES, VVIP tickets can sell out for EARLY ACCESS Members. HOWEVER, the remaining VVIP tickets will OPEN when tickets go on sale for everyone.
Simply put - NO all VVIP tickets WILL NOT sell out during EARLY ACCESS
5. DO I GET EARLY ACCESS IF I BOUGHT A SHOWKASE TICKET?
Unfortunately EARLY ACCESS Benefits do not exist for SHOWKASE Tours. Only Tours presented by Studio PAV, Studio PAV LATAM, Studio PAV Europe and Studio PAV APAC will receive EARLY ACCESS Benefits after buying a VVIP+ or VVIP Ticket!
6. HOW DO I GET MY EARLY ACCESS EMAIL?
EARLY ACCESS emails are sent out one time, a couple days after ticket information is announced. When the email has been sent out, we will make an announcement via social media to check your inbox.
Please understand that the EARLY ACCESS email is not an automated system. So an email is not just sent out after you purchase Top Tier Ticket AFTER we already made an announcement that we sent out an email - it is all done manually. Which means you need to email us if you want the email~
QUEUE NUMBERS / NO LINE RULE
1. HOW DO I GET MY QUEUE NUMBER?
Queue number for VVIP+ / VVIP Tickets / Benefit Packages are available the moment you purchase a ticket during check out.
You Queue Number can be found:
- Online Ticket email
- under the Barcode of your online ticket it will state: Ticket number.
- On your Apple Wallet it will be under ID and on your ticket pdf under the barcode.
2. WHAT ARE QUEUE NUMBERS?
Queue Numbers are determined by when you bought your VVIP+ / VVIP Ticket/Benefit Package. The earlier you buy your Ticket, the better your queue number will be, and the closer to the stage you'll be as well.
Queue numbers is a benefit for VVIP+ / VVIP Ticket/Benefit Package as it's used for our No Line Rule.
3. WHAT IS THE NO LINE RULE?
Our NO LINE RULE prevents any overnight lines from happening because VVIP+ / VVIP Ticket/Benefit Package enter the venue according to their Queue Number. It is NOT a first come first serve basis.
This rule applies for all shows and all VVIP+ / VVIP Ticket/Benefit Package unless stated otherwise.
4. CAN FANS MAKE THEIR OWN QUEUE NUMBERS? WILL YOU HONOR THAT?
Studio PAV DOES NOT HONOR and DOES NOT WORK WITH fans who create their own Queue Numbers. WE have our own Queuing System which is the only thing that is honored by staff and venues.
We, of course, have no control over what fans outside of the venue and with each other. So if fans chose to number themselves for concert admission or something similar, we have no obligation to enforce or help keep it in order. There is also NO OBLIGATION from other fans to have to participate in a self numbered system by fans.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN OUR FAN ENGAGEMENTS ARE SEPARATE FROM CONCERT ADMISSION
1. WHY ARE THE CONCERT ADMISSION TICKETS SEPERATE FROM THE FAN ENGAGEMENTS?
We've had tour where we separated Fan Engagements. For Example, our tour with Brave Girls and AleXa both had a MEET & GREET Package where ALL ticket holders could buy and participate.
Another example is in LATAM, and EUROPE Benefit Packages are sold separately from Concert Admission Tickets.
This can happen based on many factors and varies per tour.
2. DO I NEED A CONCERT ADMISSION TICKET TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SEPARATE FAN ENGAGEMENTS OR BENEFIT PACKAGES?
You MUST PURCHASE A CONCERT ADMISSION TICKET in order to participate in the additional fan engagements . Benefit Packages.
You cannot just buy a Benefit Package - you will be denied entry and participation without a concert ticket, as that is how you enter the venue. Our separate Benefit Packages DO NOT include entry in the venue.
3. WHAT ARE THE CONCERT ADMISSION TICKETS?
General Admission tickets can be labeled as T1, T2, T3 or T4 tickets. Again these can vary per tour.
4. HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN THE SEPARATE FAN ENGAGEMENTS
In order to participate, you need to buy the additional package (Meet & Greet or Benefit Packages) AND a Concert Admission Ticket. It can be ANY Concert Admission ticket (T1, T2, T3 or T4)
5. DO CONCERT ADMISSION TICKETS COME WITH THE NO LINE RULE?
The NO LINE RULE will NOT APPLY to any Concert Admission Tickets.
6. SO IF I BUY THE SEPARATE FAN ENGAGEMENTS AND A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET, HOW DO I ENTER THE VENUE?
Entry depends on the tickets being offered per tour. More information about how entry works will also be clarified by staff on the day of the show as it also depends on the venue's rules and regulations.
For concert entry, Benefit Package Holders have priority entry and Queue Numbers do play a role. So it's easy to understand, lets say we have a VVIP+, VVIP and VIP Benefit Package andT1 and T2 Admission Tickets.
After the pre-show fan engagements, Benefit Package holders are separated by T1 and T2 ticket holders. VVIP+ and VVIP Benefit Package Holders are put in LOWEST to HIGHEST queue numbers in their section (T1 or T2). VVIP+ with T1 tickets will enter first, then VVIP with T1 then VIP with T1 and then the remaining general admission T1 ticket holders. Once they all enter, the same will repeat for T2. For VVIP+ with T2 will enter, then VVIP with T2, VIP with T2 and then all general admission T2 ticket holders.
CONCERT AND TOUR INFORMATION
1. HOW DO I FIND OUT INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONCERT OR TOUR?
We announce and post EVERYTHING you need to know about our upcoming shows so following us on social media is a MUST!
DO NOT RELY ON EMAILS AS A MAIN COMMUNICATION BECAUSE FANS TELL US THAT THEY DO NOT RECEIVE OUR EMAILS.
Even though we DO send out emails the day before every show, people will contact us regardless with "you never emailed me", "I didn't get the email" or "it's your fault". If you DO NOT receive our emails, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY as a fan to CHECK what you need to know about the concert you bought a ticket for if you haven't heard from us via email, the day before the concert.
Luckily, this is very easy to do - it's okay if you do not have social media account, then you simply need to CHECK our social media page AT LEAST the day before the concert OR you can ALWAYS contact us via email: tickets@studiopav.com
Concert Schedules can also be found the the city's ticketing page after they are released via social media!
We are not to blame if you miss any information about the show because of your failure to check our social media. ALL CONCERT DAY SCHEDULES ARE POSTED BEFORE THE START OF THE TOUR. Then they are reposted before the concert.
2. WHERE CAN I FIND THE CONCERT DAY SCHEDULE?
The Concert Day Schedules for each city will be posted before the start of our tour on all our social media platforms and on each city's ticketing page on kpoptickets.com
If you would like to get an idea of how the day will work prior to when we release the official concert day schedules, you can check out ANY of the concert day schedules of the past tours we have done. ALL our tours run very similar.
IF YOU ARE EAGER TO KNOW WHAT YOUR DAY WOULD LOOK LIKE YOU CAN LOOK AT THE CONCERT DAY SCHEDULE OF PREVIOUS TOURS. WE RUN ALL OUR TOURS / CONCERTS EXTREMELY SIMILAR. SO SIMPLY LOOK AT A PAST TOUR WE HAVE DONE THAT HAS THE SAME FAN ENGAGEMENTS.
3. HOW DO THE LINES WORK?
VVIP+ / VVIP Ticket Holders line up according to queue numbers. If you don't know your queue number please check the FAQ question above: HOW DO I GET MY QUEUE NUMBER for assistance how to locate your queue number.
All other Ticket Tiers line up FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE.
There will be volunteers stations outside the venue to help indicate where each ticket tier line begins. If you cannot find a volunteer or staff around to help you, feel free to ask the fans around you!
4. WHAT DO I DO WHEN I GET TO THE VENUE?
Fans should arrive at the venue during check in time that is indicated on the Concert Day Schedule may check-in and leave, please return by the Line Up Time indicated by staff during Check-In or on the Concert Day Schedule. General Ticket Holders can arrive at the venue closer to when doors open for the event.
Ticket holders must present their Scannable QR Code / Ticket during Check In in order to receive their credentials (if any) and to attend the show or engagements.
FOR LATAM CITIES - A MATCHING ID MUST BE PRESENTED IN ORDER TO CHECK IN AND PICK UP YOUR CREDENTIALS OR SNAPSHOT TICKETS
5. HOW DO I PICK UP MY SNAPSHOT TICKETS?
Snapshot Tickets can be picked-up anytime after Check-In starts. So they can be picked up anytime during check in and after the concert. You will just need your scannable QR code. Then a volunteer will give you your snapshot tickets.
FOR LATAM CITIES - SNAPSHOT PICK UP IS NOT AVAILABLE AFTER THE CONCERT, SO YOU MUST PICK THEM UP BEFORE THE CONCERT BEGINS.
6. WHEN ARE THE FAN ENGAGEMENTS?
All our Fan Engagements can vary depending on the tour and artist. Typically our Fan Chat, Fansign, Hi Touch and Group Photo Benefits all happen BEFORE the concert.
Snapshot Session will happen AFTER the concert.
All Fan Schedules for each city stop on the tour is released on all our social media platforms before the tour begins. This schedule will outline when everything regarding the event will happen so fans know what is going on and when.
You are responsible for arriving on time for fan engagements. We are not to blame If you do not see the fan schedule and you miss your fan engagements. If this happens, you are also not eligible for a refund.
7. WHAT IS A FAN CHAT?
The Fan Chat is when fans get to talk one-on-one with the members for ONE MINUTE. You will also be sitting in a chair across from the members while they sign your item. The members will be signing an Album you bring or Poster we provide ss it is included with your Ticket.
If we are providing a Free Poster with your ticket, you have the option to bring an album of the artist if you like - unless stated otherwise. If you choose to bring your own album to have signed then you cannot have the Poster we provide signed as well. You can only have one item signed. But you will still receive the poster!
If you chose to bring an album, what the member sign and what they answer is completely up to their discretion. Whether a member writes your name, it up to them.
Please keep in mind it is also possible that staff members will ask to check your albums for any inappropriate questions or requests you may have written in the album for them to see during the event.
PLEASE ALSO KEEP YOUR CONVERSATIONS APPROPRIATE. DO NOT ASK QUESTIONS THAT WOULD BE DEEMED TOO PERSONAL AND INNAPROPRIATE. IF YOU, YOURSELF, WOULD BE UNCOMFORTBALE ANSWERING A CERTAIN QUESTION TO SOMEONE - DO NOT ASK IT TO AN IDOL.
8. WHAT IS A FANSIGN?
The Fansign is when fans get to talk one-on-one with the members while they sign your items. The members will be signing an Album or Postcard provided to you by Studio PAV as it is included with your Ticket. The Fansign DOES NOT include any chairs. Fans will walk down the table and talk to each member while they sign your items.
If we are providing a Free Poster with your ticket, you have the option to bring an album of the artist if you like - unless stated otherwise. If you choose to bring your own album to have signed then you cannot have the Poster we provide signed as well. You can only have one item signed. But you will still receive the poster!
If you chose to bring an album, the artist will only be signing the FRONT OF THE ALBUMS. They will not be signing any pages.
9. CAN I BRING A GIFT FOR THE ARTIST?
Fan letters are the only items accepted during the Fan Chat or Fansign. If you bring any gift it will not be accepted. Please understand that artist is traveling and doesn't not have room to travel with additional items.
10. WHAT IS A HI TOUCH AND GROUP PHOTO?
Hi Touch is when you high five each member. The group photo is when you and a group of fans take a picture with the artist group.
11. HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN THE GROUP PHOTO?
The amount in a group photo vary for each tour. There are typically 10-12 fans per photo.
The Group Photo IS NOT an individual picture with the artist group.

12. WHERE CAN I FIND MY GROUP PHOTO?
All Groups Photos for our events can be found at KPOPLIVE.TV
Simply click the GALLERY Tab and select GROUP PHOTOS.
All group photos for our tours will be posted on the same page about 2-4 WEEKS AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE ENTIRE TOUR. Once Group Photos are available to view, we will make an announcement on all our social media platforms. Please understand this is an ESTIMATE and not a RULE. When the photos are ready, we will make a post via social media.
We take two group photos, however only one of them is posted. If there is an issue with your group photo (you are blinking or not looking at the camera) please contact tickets@studiopav.com.
Also note Group Photos are posted ONLINE - for the pubic to see & fans to have access to at all times.
13. CAN I TAKE ANY PHOTOS OR VIDEOS DURING THE FAN ENGAGEMENTS?
There is absolutely NO PHOTOS OR VIDEOS ALLOWED during an Fan Engagements! That means NO PHOTO OR VIDEOS during Fan Chat, Fansign, Hi Touch, Group Photo or Snapshot Session.
If we catch you trying to take a photo / video - we will ask you and watch you delete it from your phone, and then you will be escorted out of the event, as you can no longer participate.
So that means if you take a video during the snapshot session and we catch you. We will ask you to delete it and then you will be escorted out of the venue and can no longer use any snapshot tickets you may have.
14. CAN I BRING MY CAMERA TO THE CONCERT?
No, we do not allow any kind of cameras into our concerts. Only cell phones. This means DLSRs, Point and Shoot, Polaroid, Disposable and any kind of professional cameras with detachable lenses and camcorders are not allowed.IF YOU TRY TO BRING ANY OF THES ITEMS INTO THE VENUE AGAINST OUR POLICY, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO:
1. Take away your camera
2. Dismiss you from the concert
3. Delete any and all images or videos taken with your camera from your SD card
4.Confiscate your SD card
For your first offense, if you get caught by security or staff trying to enter the venue with a camera, we will ask you to put it away, whether in your car or home, and you can return and we will allow you into the concert.
If you are caught a SECOND TIME trying to trying to bring in a camera to the same venue OR ANOTHER VENUE IN ANOTHER CITY of the tour, your entry will be denied into the concert. We also reserve the right to canceled and refund your tickets at any time.
IN ADDITION: If we catch you with a camera inside the venue, there are two ways the situation can play out, in addition to revoking any fan engagements you may have for the remaining day (like snapshot tickets):
1. If you have tickets for multiple stops of the tour, we will either confiscate your SD card, and you can attend the next stop only by following our rules.
2. You take your SD card back, and your other tickets for any upcoming concerts are canceled.
3. If you are NOT attending any other stops - we will keep your SD card.
15. CAN I APPLY FOR A MEDIA PASS FOR YOUR UPCOMING TOURS?
We open Media Pass Applications typically the week following tickets going on sale. This is subject to change of course. Media Pass Applications are posted on all our social media platforms and stay open for 5 days.
You CANNOT apply for a Media Pass is you are a ticket holder or have any fan engagements. You cannot apply for a Media Pass if you are volunteering. We also do not accept freelancers to cover our concerts. You must be associated with some kind of outlet or publication.
PICK-A-POSE SNAPSHOT SESSION
1. WHAT IS THE PICK-A-POSE SNAPSHOT SESSION?
Our fan favorite signature Snapshot Session is exclusively offered by Studio PAV! Our Pick-A-Pose Snapshot Session is where ANY Ticket Holder can take a 1 on 1 polaroid picture with the individual members of the group.
Pick-A-Pose Snapshot Session is not available for all tours.
2. IS THE PICTURE WITH THE ACTUAL IDOL?
Yes, the polaroid photo taken during the Snapshot Session is with the real life idol!
3. WHERE CAN I BUY SNAPSHOT TICKETS?
Snapshot tickets are sold EXCLUSIVELY at kpoptickets.com.
4. WHEN DO SNAPSHOT TICKETS GO ON SALE?
Snapshot Tickets DO NOT, we repeat, they DO NOT GO ON SALE AT THE SAME TIME AS TICKETS. Snapshot Tickets CANNOT go on sale if we have released absolutely no information about them.
We will release all information about Snapshot Tickets when we release the poses for the members, which takes place a couple weeks AFTER concert tickets go on sale.
LATAM CITIES: PLEASE NOTE ONLINE SNAPSHOT TICKETS SALES WILL CLOSE 48 BEFORE THE CONCERT - then will only be available to buy on site (if not already sold out).
5. CAN I BUY SNAPSHOT TICKETS ON MY ACCOUNT IF SOMEONE ELSE BOUGHT THE CONCERT TICKETS FOR ME?
It doesn't matter what account is used to buy the snapshot tickets as long as the person who will be using the Snapshot Tickets has a concert ticket to enter the venue.
6. HOW DO I PICK THE POSE I WANT?
You pick the pose you want to do with the idol AT THE VENUE on the day of the show. You DO NOT pick the pose when you buy the ticket.
7. HOW IS THE POLAROID PHOTO TAKEN?
The pictures are taken by our staff with a FujiFilm Instax Mini Camera!
8. CAN I TAKE THE PICTURE ON MY CELL PHONE INSTEAD?
No, the pictures are only taken by our staff and volunteers with a FujiFilm Instax Mini Camera!
Filming and photography is strictly prohibited during the Snapshot Session.
9. CAN I DO WHATEVER POSE I WANT FOR THE PICTURE?
Each member picks their OWN poses that they are comfortable doing with fans.
You may only choose from the poses being offered for each member. You can not make up your own or ask to do something different. You also can not ask for a picture of the artist by themselves, have more than one person in the picture with you or try to switch the poses between members.
10. AM I ALLOWED TO HUG THE ARTISTS?
No, there is absolutely NO HUGGING or inappropriate contact with the artist. Please be considerate to the artist in these situations and keep your hands to yourself and be respectful.
11. HOW DO I GET MY SNAPSHOT TICKETS?
After you purchase your snapshot tickets, you will receive a confirmation email containing an order number. There are no physical tickets to be mailed out.
IF you receive an email with a giant orange button that says VIP ME ORDER, please click that button. Then the name of your ticket will pop up and it is hyperlinked to the scannable QR code.
You will pick up your Snapshot Tickets during Check-In. If you DO NOT get them during Check-In, you can still pick them up before the Snapshot Session begins.
12. WHEN IS THE SNAPSHOT SESSION?
The Snapshot Session is held AFTER the concert.
13. HOW DOES THE PICK-A-POSE SNAPSHOT SESSION WORK?
After the show, an announcement will be made regarding the Snapshot Session. Everyone will line up behind the Volunteer and wait in a member's line for the Snapshot Session to begin. Please see the following rules for all Snapshot Sessions:
- When waiting for the snapshot session to being - SCAN THE BARCODE ON YOUR SNAPSHOT TICKET. This is how you can see ALL the poses for ALL members.
- You MUST KNOW the pose you want BEFORE you get to the front of the line.
- When you reach the photographer, tell them your pose(s).
- The photographer will check and take your ticket, then tell the member what pose(s) you chose.
- If you have multiple tickets for one member, you will take all the pictures at once when it's your turn
- After your photo is taken, the photographer will hand you your photo.
- DO NOT TOUCH HUG OR TOUCH THE ARTIST.
- DO NOT TOUCH the surface while it's developing, it may cause damage.
- If you have more tickets for other members, head to the back of their line and repeat the process until you have no more tickets left.
- When a member's line is empty, we will do a LAST CALL 3 times so make sure there is no one left who still needs to take a picture with them. After hose 3 times the member will leave and is DONE.
- If you miss taking a picture with a member because they already left, we cannot ask them to comeback and there is no refunds - so make sure you pay attention!
14. MY PICTURE CAME OUT REALLY BAD, CAN I GET A RETAKE?
If your polaroid photo came out too dark or blurry you may ask a staff member on sight if you can get a retake.
If they deem it problematic, you will exchange your current polaroid photo as your snapshot ticket to take a new picture.
Please keep in mind once you leave the venue, you cannot request to retake the photo. This goes for trying to retake the photo at another tour stop if you're attending multiple.
15. SNAPSHOT TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT. ARE YOU GOING TO ADD MORE OR CAN I BUY SOME AT THE VENUE?
Once Snapshot Tickets are sold out online - NO MORE WILL BE ADDED. Please understand that there is a strict contracted limit for how many snapshot tickets are available for each member. So once they sell out online, they are all gone.
The only time snapshot tickets are ever sold on site, is if they ARE NOT already sold out online. This mainly happens in LATAM and EUROPE.
15. CAN I USE MY PHONE OR TAKE ANY PHOTOS/VIDEOS DURING FAN ENGAGEMENTS?
There is absolutely NO PHOTOS OR VIDEOS ALLOWED during an Fan Engagements! That means NO PHOTO OR VIDEOS during Fan Chat, Fansign, Hi Touch, Group Photo or Snapshot Session. This also means your phone shouldn't be out at all during any Fan Engagements!
If we catch you trying to take a photo / video - we will ask you and watch you delete it from your phone, and then you will be escorted out of the event, as you can no longer participate.
So that means if you take a video during the snapshot session and we catch you. We will ask you to delete it and then you will be escorted out of the venue and can no longer use any snapshot tickets you may have.
LATAM CONCERTS
Please note the NEW changes to our concerts that take place in LATAM:
- MATCHING ID MUST BE PRESENTED IN ORDER TO CHECK IN AND PICK UP YOUR BENEFIT CREDENTIALS AND SNAPSHOT TICKETS.
- SNAPSHOT TICKET PICK UP IS NOT AVAILABLE AFTER THE CONCERT, SO YOU MUST PICK THEM UP BEFORE THE CONCERT BEGINS.
- SNAPSHOT TICKETS AND BENEFIT PACKAGES WILL BE REMOVED FROM KPOPTICKETS.COM AND NO LONGER SOLD ONLINE 48 HOURS BEFORE THE CONCERT. AFTER THEY ARE REMOVED, THEY CAN ONLY BE BOUGHT ON SITE, IF THEY ARE NOT ALREADY SOLD OUT.
