Section 1 – Ticketing Information & Venue Entry

WHAT TICKET TIERS DO YOU OFFER? 

We have different ticket options for each tour, offering various prices, benefits, and quantities for fans. For the Secret Number in America tour, we offer Fan Engagement tickets such as VVIP+, VVIP, and VIP Benefit Packages, as well as Premium and Standard PICK-A-POSE Snapshot tickets.

These are separate from Concert Admission Tickets. While the Fan Engagement tickets are available to all fans attending the concert, they do not include admission to the concert itself, which must be purchased separately.

HOW DO I GET MY CONCERT ADMISSION TICKET? 

General Tickets will be sold separately. If ticket sold by venue, a re-direct link will be provided on Kpoptickets.com

For Fan engagements: Benefits Packages and Snapshot tickets (Kpoptickets.com): 

Once you buy your ticket at Kpoptickets.com, you'll get two emails: one confirming your order and another with your online ticket. When you arrive for Check-In, just show your ticket (online, in Apple Wallet, or PDF) to our staff for scanning.

There are NO physical tickets to be mailed out.

WHAT IS PLEDGE PRE-SALE? 

Pledge Pre-Sale is a special perk for Secret Number fans who pledged $10 during any of the three rounds of the Secret Number Official Pledge period. These fans, who maintained their $10 pledge, get early access to purchase their concert admission and the benefit tickets before they're available to everyone else.

• For concert admission: the pre-sale will start April 26 at 11am venue's local time. You will be able to purchase your concert admission ticket during this pre-sale via the local ticket seller website - which will be conveniently hyperlinked on kpoptickets.com.  
  
• For benefits: the pre-sale starts April 26 at 2pm venue’s local time. You will be able to purchase your benefit during this pre-sale. Those who pledged $10 USD can simply log into their account and use the code provided in a separate email (which will be sent soon) to get a $10 USD discount towards their VVIP+, VVIP, or VIP benefit packages.
  

HOW CAN I BE PART OF THE PLEDGE PRE-SALE FOR THE NEXT SHOW[K]ASE TOURS? 

Keep an eye on kpopshowkase's social media for updates on the next pledge period for our SHOW[K]ASE artist.

In the Pledge System, fans chip in $10USD to support their chosen city, showing their dedication to bringing the SHOW[K]ASE artist there. The cities with the most pledges in each round will be the ones the next SHOW[K]ASE artist tours in!

WHY ARE THE GENERAL ADMISSION (CONCERT TICKETS) SEPARATE FROM THE FAN ENGAGEMENTS? 

This tour features separate General Admission tickets from all benefits and fan engagements. This will allow fans to customize their experience and participate in a variety of fan engagements.

DO I NEED A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SEPARATE FAN ENGAGEMENTS? 

To join the extra fan activities, fans MUST BUY A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET. Simply having a VVIP+/VVIP/VIP/Snapshot ticket won't allow entry—you need a concert ticket too. Our separate fan events DO NOT grant entry to the venue on their own.

HOW DOES ENTRY WORK BASED ON MY BENEFIT PACKAGE TIER AND MY TICKET TIER? 

After Check-in, benefit package ticket holders will be asked to line up based on their benefit tier. Fan engagements for VVIP+ will take place, then VVIPs will participate, and lastly VIPs will be able to participate in their benefits. 

VVIP+ and VVIP benefit package holders will line up base on their queue numbers & VIP will line up after VVIP on a first-come first serve basis.

Once done, benefit package ticket holders will be asked to line up in front of concert admission ticket holders. The admission to the concert will be as follows:  

• VVIP+ Benefit Package with Concert Admission 
• VVIP Benefit Package with Concert Admission
• VIP Benefit Package with Concert Admission
• Just Concert Admission

All Benefit Package holders must have a concert admission.

Section 2 – Fan Engagement Information

Secret Number America Tour will feature our best fan engagements! All Benefits Packages and Snapshot tickets are sold separately and exclusively on kpoptickets.com 

There are individual benefits available:

Premium Snapshot – One polaroid photo with the member of your choice. You may purchase up to 5 premium snapshots per member. Image size: 10.6cm x 8.4cm 

Standard Snapshot - One polaroid photo with the member of your choice. You may purchase up to 5 premium snapshots per member. Image size: 5.4cm x 8.6cm 

There are also Benefit packages available:

VVIP+ – 1-minute Fan Chat per artist/ Fan Chat Poster / Poster signed during Fan Chat/ Group Photo / Hi-Touch / VVIP+ Badge & Lanyard / First Entry/ No Line Rule

VVIP – Fan Sign / Fan Sign Poster / Group Photo / Hi-Touch / VVIP Badge & Lanyard / Entry after VVIP+ / No Line Rule

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN THE SEPARATE FAN ENGAGEMENTS? 

In order to participate, you need to buy an additional package (VVIP+/VVIP/VIP Ticket) OR a Snapshot Ticket AND a General Admission Ticket. 

HOW DO I PICK UP MY PRE-ORDERED SNAPSHOT TICKETS? 

You can collect your Pre-Ordered Snapshot Tickets once Check-In begins. This means you can pick them up before, during, or after the concert, unless specified otherwise. Make sure to have your Confirmation Email with your order number or QR Code for us to verify your order. If you encounter any problems, please seek assistance from our staff at the venue.

HOW DO I PICK UP MY COMMEMORATIVE TICKET AND PHOTO CARDS? (PLEDGERS ONLY)

As a pledger, you will receive a commemorative tickets and tour-exclusive photo cards. You can collect these during Check-In. This means you can pick them up before the concert, unless specified otherwise. Make sure to have your Confirmation Email with your order number or QR Code for us to verify your order. If you encounter any problems, please seek assistance from our staff at the venue.

WHEN ARE THE FAN ENGAGEMENTS? 

All our Fan Engagements can vary depending on the tour and artist. Typically our Fan Chat, Fan Sign, Hi Touch and Group Photo Benefits all happen BEFORE the concert. 

Snapshot Session will happen AFTER the concert. 

We release the Fan Schedule for each city stop on the tour on all our social media platforms approximately 2-3 weeks before the tour starts. This schedule details all the event activities and timings so fans are informed.

It's your responsibility to be punctual for fan engagements. If you miss them because you didn't check the fan schedule, we cannot be held responsible, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FAN CHAT AND FAN SIGN? 

The Fan Chat session grant fans the opportunity to have a personal 1 on 1 conversation with each member of Secret Number for 1 minute. This includes getting either the poster included with your benefit package, or an album you bring to the concert signed during this time. 

Fan Sign session is a quick session where the artists will greet you and sign either the poster provided with your benefit package or an album you bring to the concert signed. 

WHAT IS A HI TOUCH AND GROUP PHOTO? 

Hi Touch is when you high five each member. The group photo is when you and a group of fans take a picture with the artist group. 

WHAT IS THE PICK-A-POSE SNAPSHOT SESSION? 

Our fan favorite signature Snapshot Session is exclusively offered by Studio PAV! Our Pick-A-Pose Snapshot Session is where ANY Ticket Holder can take a 1 on 1 polaroid picture with the individual members of the group. 

We will offer two snapshot options for this tour: Premium & Standard: 

Premium Snapshot – One polaroid photo with the member of your choice. You may purchase up to 5 premium snapshots per member. Image size: 10.6cm x 8.4cm

Section 3 – General Information

HOW DO I FIND OUT INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONCERT OR TOUR? 

We announce and post EVERYTHING you need to know about our upcoming shows so following us on social media is a MUST! 

WHERE CAN I FIND THE CONCERT DAY SCHEDULE? 

We'll share the Concert Day Schedules for each city a couple of weeks before our tour starts on all our social media platforms and Facebook Event Pages.

If you're curious about how the day will unfold before we release the official schedules, you can review the Concert Day Schedules from any of our past tours. Our tours follow similar formats, so you'll get a good idea of what to expect.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I GET TO THE VENUE? 

Top Tier Ticket Holders (the highest tier for that event) should arrive at the venue during the indicated check-in time on the Concert Day Schedule for their city. You're welcome to check in and leave, but it's your responsibility to return on time to join the correct line and enter before doors open. General Ticket Holders can arrive closer to when the doors open for the event.

All ticket holders must show their ticket during Check-In to receive their credentials (if any) and to attend the show.

CAN I BRING A GIFT FOR THE ARTIST? 

Fan letters are the only items accepted during the Fan Sign. If you bring any gift it will not be accepted. Please understand that the artist is traveling and cannot accommodate additional items.

Small gifts that can fit inside a fan letter, such as jewelry or stationary items, are accepted.

Please note that this policy may change for each tour based on the artist's request. If you're unsure about the gift policy for a specific tour, feel free to contact us for clarification!

CAN I BRING MY CAMERA TO THE CONCERT? 

No, we do not allow any kind of cameras into our concerts. Only cell phones. This means DLSRs, Point and Shoot, Polaroid, Disposable and any kind of professional cameras with detachable lenses and camcorders are not allowed. 
 
IF YOU TRY TO BRING ANY OF THES ITEMS INTO THE VENUE AGAINST OUR POLICY, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO: 
1. Take away your camera 
2. Dismiss you from the concert 
3. Delete any and all images or videos taken with your camera from your SD card 
 
For your first offense, if you get caught by security or staff trying to enter the venue with a camera, we will ask you to put it away, whether in your car or home, and you can return and we will allow you into the concert.  

If you are caught a SECOND TIME trying to trying to bring in a camera to the same venue OR ANOTHER VENUE IN ANOTHER CITY of the tour, your entry will be denied into the concert. We also reserve the right to cancel and refund your tickets at any time.
