CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation for an existing order made on kpoptickets.com can only be done if REQUESTED within 24 HOURS from when the order was initially placed. Within this grace period, please contact TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM with the email connected to your kpoptickets account used to place your order.
Failure to contact TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM within 24 hours of placing the order will make you ineligible for cancellation.
Once the order has been canceled, please wait 5-7 business days for the amount to be credited back to you and to appear in your statement. If you DO NOT see the refund reflected in your account, please contact your BANK.
Please keep in mind that if you purchased your tickets from a third party, the this policy does not apply to you. Possible third party websites could be AXS, Ticket master, Live Nation, or another site the Venue is using to sell tickets.
REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ON KPOPTICKETS.COM ARE FINAL.
Only Exceptions to this rule:
- Cancellations requested within the 24 hour grace period, as previously mentioned
- Tickets bought for a tour that gets canceled
Refunds are automatically issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. We can not change the form of payment.
The ONLY time refunds are NOT ALLOWED even within our 24 hours grace period is if you take advantage of our grace period. Purchasing a Top Tier Ticket to an existing concert in order to take advantage, or receive Early Access status to qualify for an upcoming tour's EARLY ACCESS sale IS NOT ALLOWED. Any individual who request a cancellation within our grace period, for an order that granted them EARLY ACCESS status, their status will be removed unless they had Early Access status from a previous event they attended. More information can be found in our FAQ under EARLY ACCESS and Question #2.
UNABLE TO BUY TICKET DURING EARLY ACESS
If you take advantage of our EARLY ACCESS Benefit and buy a Top Tier Ticket to a current tour we have on sale, you will be granted EARLY ACCESS benefits unless stated otherwise. But because of the loop-hole you are using, you would be INELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND if you are UNSUCCESSFUL and ARE NOT able to buy a ticket during the EARLY ACCESS Sale.
CANCELED CONCERT(S) OR TOUR
If a tour or concert gets cancelled, we’ll issue a full refund automatically to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
We will communicate all information about the refund process and status via email to ticket holders who purchased directly on kpoptickets.com.
If you purchased tickets through an external vendor's ticketing platform, please contact the ticketing platform's customer support, where you purchased your ticket from, as they have your money and will be issuing your refund.
We will communicate all information for postponed event and/or the refund process for canceled events to ticket holders.
If you don't hear from us within 5 business days of event cancellation, please contact our customer support as your email may be rejecting our emails that are being sent to you. As a reminder, all information will be posted through our social media.
BE AWARE: Studio PAV is not liable and cannot help you if you bought a ticket from a RE-SELLER and the tour gets canceled. We have no way of helping you receive your money back if the concert or tour gets canceled.
POSTPONED & RESCHEDULED CONCERT(S) & TOUR
If a tour or concert gets postponed, all tickets will carry over to the new rescheduled tour dates. Tickets cannot be canceled at the time of the postponement announcement.
Once we have more information regarding the postponement, we will make an announcement via social media and send an email out to fans who bought tickets on kpoptickets.com.
Once we announce the NEW TOUR or NEW CONCERT DATE(S) - we will open a temporary refund window to all fans who CAN NO LONGER attend the new dates. Once the refund window closes, we will not longer be offering a refund and your ticket remains valid.
Any missed information regarding refund window, deadlines, etc does not allow you to bypass our policy. It is the fans responsibility to stay on top of our SNS communication as we have multiple notifications put in place, through our website, tickets (online ticket, pdf, apple wallet) etc, to follow our social media to always be informed of any announcement regarding the tour - in case you DO NOT receive our email.
BE AWARE: Studio PAV is not liable and cannot help you if you bought a ticket from a RE-SELLER and the tour gets postponed / rescheduled. We have no way of helping you receive your money back.
COVID REQUIREMENTS
FACE MASKS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL FAN ENGAGEMENTS
Fans are required to wear a face mask during all fan engagements. Possible fan engagements include, Fansign, Hi Touch, Hello Session, Group Photo, Sound Check, Meet & Greet Packages and Pick-A-Pose Snapshot Session
This policy is in place to protect both fans and the artist. If this policy CHANGES, we will make an announcement via social media about ONE WEEK before the entire tour starts.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MASK, YOU CANNOT PARTICIAPTE IN THE FAN ENGAGEMENTS. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY MASKS. YOU WOULD NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND IN THIS CASE.
Face masks are RECOMMENDED for the concert, but not mandatory.
MISSED FAN ENGAGEMENTS
If you miss any Fan Engagements, you DO NOT qualify for a refund. It is your own responsibility, as a ticket holder, to check what is included with your ticket and make sure you are aware of the timeline.
The Timeline of the Concert Day is released on our social media channels ABOUT 3 WEEKS BEFORE THE START OF THE ENTIRE TOUR.
It is your responsibility to make sure you arrive in time to check-in and line up for your fan engagements as there is ample time given to arrive and/or ask staff members for help if confused on site.
As notified within the ticket description on ALL ticketing pages of kpoptickets.com & FAQ (in addition to ticket PDFs if ticket is bought directly on kpoptickets.com): Follow our social media platforms in order to stayed updated about the show and tour. ALL information will be posted across our social media pages such as concert day schedules and immediate updates. If you do not follow us on social media, you will not be up to date on any information we release about the tour.
BUYING RESOLD TICKETS
If you buy a ticket from someone you find online, and then cannot redeem the ticket on the day of the show, you DO NOT qualify for a refund.
You should NEVER buy a ticket from a stranger online to avoid this risk.
SNAPSHOT TICKETS
If your polaoird picture(s) are blurry or too dark and DID NOT ask a staff member about a retake OR left the venue, you no longer qualify for a retake or refund.
Snapshot Tickets are limited for purchasers for each tour. For example, fans can only purchase 3 snapshot tickets per member per city. If you are CAUGHT breaking policy, your snapshot tickets are NOT REDEEMABLE AND NOT REFUNDABLE.
CAMERA POLICY FOR ALL TOURS
We do not allow any kind of cameras into our concerts. Only cell phones. This means DLSRs, Point and Shoot, Polaroid, Disposable and any kind of professional cameras with detachable lenses and camcorders are not allowed.
IF YOU TRY TO BRING ANY OF THES ITEMS INTO THE VENUE AGAINST OUR POLICY, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO:
1. Take away your camera
2. Dismiss you from the concert
3. Delete any and all images or videos taken with your camera from your SD card
For your first offense, if you get caught by security or staff trying to enter the venue with a camera, we will ask you to put it away, whether in your car or home, and you can return and we will allow you into the concert.
If you are caught a SECOND TIME trying to trying to bring in a camera to the same venue OR ANOTHER VENUE IN ANOTHER CITY of the tour, your entry will be denied into the concert. We also reserve the right to canceled and refund your tickets at any time.
PHOTOS & RECORDING DURING FAN ENGAGEMENTS
Recording and taking pictures is NOT ALLOWED for the duration of ALL fan engagements. If we catch you directly breaking our policy, we reserve the right to remove you from the venue immediately. You will not receive a refund for your orders if this happens to you. NO EXCEPTIONS, especially since our Camera Policy is also published on our Concert Day Schedules.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges can take place if attendee wishes to exchange their current ticket to a HIGHER TIER for the same concert AND the purchase was made DIRECTLY on kpoptickets.com!
If you purchased your tickets from a third party, then this policy DOES NOT apply to you. Possible third party websites could be AXS, Ticket master, Live Nation, or another site the Venue is using to sell tickets.
[EXCHANGE PROCESS]
Please contact TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM with the email connected to your kpoptickets account that you placed the order with in order to verify that you're the original purchaser. Provide the order number you would like to exchange.
Customer Support will verify if you qualify for our Exchange Policy.
If yes, then you can go ahead and purchase the HIGHER ticket tier. Once you complete your purchase, contact tickets@studiopav.com with both your NEW and OLD order number.
Customer support will then cancel and refund your OLD order number. Please wait 5-7 business for the amount to be credited back to you and to appear in your statement. If you do not see it after the allotted time period, please contact your BANK.
Exchange requests are DENIED for tiers that are already SOLD OUT.
This policy DOES NOT apply to you if you bought tickets from a third party site. Possible third party websites could be AXS, Ticketmaster, Live Nation, or another site the Venue is using to sell tickets.
ACTIVATING ACCOUNT
We moved our website to a more stable platform in 2019 in order to ensure network stability. If you have an existing kpoptickets account, and can no longer log in, you might need to RE-ACTIVATE IT.
To re-activate it, please contact TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM and include the email address used for your kpoptickets account and request for it to be activated. Our customer support will then send you an activation link to registered on our new website.
If you DO NOT activate your account on our new website, you will not be able to see any past purchases, will no longer have an account associated with our site, and LOSE any EARLY ACCESS benefits you previously had.
Early Access status can not be given or transferred between accounts.

[Cancellation Policy]
All orders made through our BUYKPOPMERCH section follow the same policy as tickets. All sales are final after our 24 hour grace period, no exceptions. Please contact TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM within this grace period if you want to cancel your order. Failure to do so, means you order cannot be cancelled and refunded.
[BuyKpopMerch Disclaimer]
Orders with multiple Pre-Order items will be shipped all together once all Pre-Order items have arrived to our warehouse.
Images are for illustrative purposes only as the actual items may differ in size and contents depending on the manufacturer. Fine scratches on outer exterior are not subject to exchange or refund.
Any posters that are included with an album are Folded Posters
[Shipping Timeline]
If all items’ ordered are officially released and are available at our warehouse, our team will prepare your order during business hours. Automatic emails containing tracking information will be sent to the email connected to the order, in order for you to keep on top of tracking & notices from the shipping carrier you selected. It's the customer responsibility to keep track on the order's location and any notices that require timely attention from shipping carriers.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC NOTICES
International packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, tariff, VAT, fees, etc imposed by destination.
Such additional charges cannot be anticipated as it differs per country. Customer should inform themselves of the possible additional charges such as custom/duties fees, etc. by verifying with their local post office and customs office. BuyKpopMerch only provides the transportation fee (Shipping) for the order.
BuyKpopMerch is not held liable or responsible for any additional charges that may apply, incorrect shipping info, stolen packages, outdated shipping address, mis-delivery errors via carrier and not held responsible for abandoned packages as the customer hasn’t paid the customs/duties fee. If the customer inputted an incorrect address during check out, it's the customer responsibility to notify our customer support TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM before the order has been fulfilled. Once the item has left our warehouse, BuyKpopMerch can not further assist as it's under the selected shipping carrier's control.
In failure to pay the additional charges, abandoned packages, incorrect shipping address inputted during check out, outdated shipping address and, the package arrives back to BuyKpopMerch warehouse, such order is not redeemable for full refund and it’s the customer’s responsibility to cover the new shipping cost if they wish to have a second delivery attempt.
Once the package has been packed, processed and left our warehouse, BuyKpopMerch is not responsible and is recommended to contact shipping carrier regarding any deliver notice. BuyKpopMerch is not responsible for any damage as a result due to delivery, please contact shipping carrier to file a claim.
Tracking information is sent once package is ready to be ship. Customer is responsible to stay on top of any notice notified within tracking information, in case shipping carrier sends any notice regarding pick up, shipping arrival, import fees, delivery failure, etc.
It's the recipient responsibility to be fully aware of the selected carrier and delivery option they picked during Check-out, to fully understand the services that are provided as certain option differ depending if you reside outside of the United States such as tracking, contact, etc. (e.g. International customers who select USPS first class will stop receiving any notification regarding their package once it leaves the U.S boarder. Existing Order / Return & Exchange Policy
If you would like to update the shipping address to an existing order that has not been fulfilled please contact TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM with the email used during check out and provide your updated shipping address and order number.
BuyKpopMerch is not responsible for orders' shipping address inputted during check out that may be outdated due to moving, as it's the customer responsibility to contact TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM with the updated shipping address. Please refer back to [Shipping International & Domestic Notice] section regarding second delivery attempt.
If you have received incorrect items or missing items please contact TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM within 3 DAYS from when the shipping carrier has marked your order as delivered with the following information.
- Order Number
- Unedited unboxing video
For incorrect items such as the versions or contents please keep the product sealed. If the items have been unwrapped and opened, we cannot accept/honor the request of exchange or any sort of solution. Once our team has approved the request for exchange, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided. BuyKpopMerch customer representatives will guide customer with steps needed to resolve the inquiry.
After verifying the unboxing video that is provided and confirmed that said items are missing from the order, BuyKpopMerch will ship out said items and provide tracking information.
Failure to contact us within 3 DAYS from when order has been marked as delivered, BuyKpopMerch is not responsible as we are consistently responding to all inquiries.
Unboxing Video is protocol to verify the contents received within the order. A proper Unboxing Video must be unedited, unfiltered and showcase the unboxing of the package from beginning to end. You should unwarp all items (meaning remove packing materials such as bubble warp NOT open sealed albums if they by any chance are incorrect) so we can easily point out if anything is missing.
Failure to provide an Unboxing Video we cannot assist due to fact we can verify the validity of missing or incorrect items.
