Fan letters are the only items accepted during the Fansign. If you bring any gift it will not be accepted. Please understand that artist is traveling and doesn't not have room to travel with additional items.

CAN I BRING MY CAMERA TO THE CONCERT?
No, we do not allow any kind of cameras into our concerts. Only cell phones. This means DL-SRs, Point and Shoot, Polaroid, Disposable and any kind of professional cameras with detachable lenses and camcorders are not allowed.
IF YOU TRY TO BRING ANY OF THES ITEMS INTO THE VENUE AGAINST OUR POLICY, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO 1. Take away your camera 2. Dismiss you from the concert and 3. Delete any and all images or videos taken with your camera from your SD card
For your first offense, if you get caught by security or staff trying to enter the venue with a camera, we will ask you to put it away, whether in your car or home, and you can return and we will allow you into the concert.
If you are caught a SECOND TIME trying to trying to bring in a camera to the same venue OR ANOTHER VENUE IN ANOTHER CITY of the tour, your entry will be denied into the concert.
We also reserve the right to canceled and refund your tickets at any time.
HOW DO I PICK UP MY PRE-ORDERED SNAPSHOT TICKETS?
Pre-Ordered Snapshot Tickets can be picked-up anytime after Check-In starts. So anytime during Check-In, the concert and after the concert, unless stated otherwise. You will need your Confirmation Email that contains your order number / QR Code so we can check your order.
Please look for staff if you have any issues at the venue.
WHEN ARE THE FAN ENGAGEMENTS OR MEET & GREETS?
All our Fan Engagements can vary depending on the tour and artist. Typically our Fansign, Hi Touch and Group Photo Benefits all happen BEFORE the concert.
Snapshot Session will happen AFTER the concert.
All Fan Schedules for each city stop on the tour is released on all our social media platforms about 2-3 weeks before the tour begins. This schedule will outline when everything regarding the event will happen so fans know what is going on and when.
You are responsible for arriving on time for fan engagements. We are not to blame If you do not see the fan schedule and you miss your fan engagements. If this happens, you are also not eligible for a refund.
WHAT IS A HI TOUCH AND GROUP PHOTO?
Hi Touch is when you high five each member. The group photo is when you and a group of fans take a picture with the artist group.
WHAT IS THE PICK-A-POSE SNAPSHOT SESSION?
Our fan favorite signature Snapshot Session is exclusively offered by Studio PAV! Our Pick-A-Pose Snapshot Session is where ANY Ticket Holder can take a 1 on 1 polaroid picture with the individual members of the group.
Pick-A-Pose Snapshot Session is not available for all tours. It will be indicated in the original Tour Announcement or on our Facebook Event Pages for the show if it is available.

We announce and post EVERYTHING you need to know about our upcoming shows so following us on social media is a MUST!
WHERE CAN I FIND THE CONCERT DAY SCHEDULE?
The Concert Day Schedules for each city will be posted a couple weeks before the start of our tour on all our social media platforms and Facebook Event Pages.
If you would like to get an idea of how the day will work prior to when we release the official concert day schedules, you can check out ANY of the concert day schedules of the past tours we have done. ALL our tours run very similar.
WHAT DO I DO WHEN I GET TO THE VENUE?
Top Tier Ticket Holders (The Highest Tier for that event) should arrive at the venue during check in time that is indicated on the Concert Day Schedule for their city. You may check-in and leave if you would like but it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to return in time to get in the correct line and order before doors open. General Ticket Holders can arrive at the venue closer to when doors open for the event.
All ticket holders must present their ticket during Check In to receive their credentials (if any) and to attend the show.

CAN I USE TWO FORM OF PAYMENTS?
Unfortunately one form of payment is accepted during check-out. We recommend to purchase a gift card with one form of payment to use it during check out with the second form of payment as the gift card amount will deduct from the balance. You can purchase the gift card here: CLICK HERE
When buying a gift card for someone else, enter your information and email address during checkout. This will ensure that you receive the original order confirmation. After that, you will be sent a second email with the gift card details to forward to the intended recipient.

If all items’ ordered are officially released and are available at our warehouse, our team will prepare your order during business hours. Automatic emails containing tracking information will be sent to the email connected to the order, in order for you to keep on top of tracking & notices from the shipping carrier you selected.
Please note that delivery times may vary, impacting arrival before your concert date. Delivery depends on warehouse processing and your chosen shipping option during checkout.

What if I miss my fan engagements? VVIP+/VVIP/VIP ticket holders that miss their door times will not be allowed another opportunity of the missed fan engagements with the artist.
I lost my snapshot ticket after pick up, what do I do? We are not responsible once you have picked up your ticket. Snapshot tickets are not replaceable as there is exact count.

*On the day of the event, all orders with items available for local pick up will be collected without exceptions.
*Orders must be picked up during designated pick up hours. Failure to do so will result in the shipping option not being provided. In unique situations, if the shipping option is available, the customer must cover the corresponding shipping fee. All sales are final after 24 hour policy.

Snapshot IMPORTANT INFORMATION & GUIDELINES
1. Filming and photography is strictly prohibited during Snapshot Session.
2. NO HUGGING or INAPPROPRIATE CONTACT with the artist.
3. Each ticket is good for one pose with one artist member.
4. After the show ,wait in a member’s line for the Snapshot Session.While waiting, Pick-A-Pose you’d like to do with a member from below.
5. If you want to do multiple poses with one member, you do the mall at once when it’s your turn.
6. When your each the photographer, tell them your pose/poses. You can ONLY CHOOSE POSES THAT ARE AVAILABLE FOR THAT MEMBER from the pose section below.
7. Once you take all your pictures, the photographer will give you your instant photo. Do NOT touch the surface while it’s developing, it may cause damage.
8. If you have tickets for other members, find their respective line and repeat step (3), (4) and (5) until you use up all your tickets.
9. You must exit the venue as soon as you receive your Snapshot photo for others behind you.
10. Once you have picked up your snapshot tickets, we are not responsible for any loss or misplacement.
11. Once our final call has been announced for a specific artist, you are no longer able to utilize your snapshot ticket if you are NOT on line.
12.If your instant photo comes out too dark or has a defect you can ask a STAFF MEMBER if it qualifies for a retake. If approved, they will sign the instant photo and you will use it as your new ticket to take another photo.
